Itachi Uchiha Cosplay…..Any Pointers?

I am making an Itachi Uchiha outfit when he is in the Akatsuki and was wondering if any one had some pointers on how to make one that does not make it look like crap. I have some ideas but I am trying to see if any one else has any that I have not thought of. I got some time to do this since the anime con is not till may but I still need to make the outfit. I have all ready found out how to make the shous and I do have a jacket like thing that I am going to use to make the outfit. Just wondering if any one else had pointers to make this easier and better. Plz let me know if you have any idea’s. ^_^
